We take great pride care with everything we do and the the collection is made with the highest quality materials, with attention to detail and made with love and care. We are only human though and if on a rare occasion mistakes are made; please contact us at email@example.com - If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way.
WE OFFER FREE RETURNS FOR U.S CUSTOMERS ONLY
PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for paying for shipping to return their item
(So please check sizing specs to make sure you order the right size)
We are happy to exchange items, if you wish to change size / style within 14 days of the date of receipt, provided:
- The item is unworn and in its original condition + The original Packing Slip / Invoice is included with the return.
Please note the order error or specific defects. Items must be securely packed, and packages must be shipped back to us using a traceable method such as UPS or DHL. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number. For your protection, items should be insured for their full value.
In any case, we kindly ask that you send us the tracking number and pre-alert of your return for exchange.
All sale items are final sale.
Once your item(s) has/have been received by us, you will be issued a gift card for the value of the item(s) purchased. This is to be used towards the desired exchange, so that any pricing difference between items can be resolved during checkout. This ensures availability of products for exchanges and that shipping costs will be included with the transaction.
Only merchandise received by us can be processed for exchange.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by Helena Legend or a defect, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
- Otherwise, return shipping is at the expense of the customer - so please choose carefully.
We will issue you a full refund if you contact us within 14 days, if you do not love your item for any reason, as long as it's not been worn and in original packaging with the tags attached, you will be responsible though for any shipping costs - if there has been no error made by us.
We ship via UPS and DHL which provide secure and easy trackable methods of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
