WHY ARE YOU DOING PRE-ORDERS?
We are launching with pre-orders; as this is our VERY FIRST COLLECTION, so we want to gauge how many of what size and color to make on the first run.
We are doing this as the production runs initially will be VERY limited so we don’t want to disappoint people by not making their size/color.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRE-ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow up to 8 weeks for us to ship your pre order; we will be taking orders for 2 weeks then going into production
(which we then need to allow 6 weeks timeframe for)
- We will of course try and get your order to you before this if at all possible!
Standard shipping times will then apply after this, please see shipping for details.

WHERE DO I SHIP RETURNS?
You may ship your return within 14 days of receiving the product:
Please email: info@helenalegend.com for the return address.
Note that the 14 day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit, so express shipping is not necessary.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD?
We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. For a more accurate timeline we suggest contacting your bank, as they are the ones responsible for clearing those charges.
